With its charming exposed wood beams, French arch windows, dazzling skylights, and rustic-meets-modern sensibilities, the afternoon brought with it a steady stream of newly engaged couples all looking to acquaint themselves with the space and potentially secure their preferred wedding date. A big thanks to Gillian Foster Photography for all the stunning captures. You’ll definitely want to go ahead and take a look at this unique event space and everything it has to offer.

Of course, the venue also invited their list of well-regarded and ultra-talented vendors to meet with couples and showcase their talents. Making our way though the space, Rachel at Make Lemonade Flowers dressed one long table, complimenting peach linens with orange blossoms – a gorgeous pop of colour that livened up the tablescape! The Mother-daughter duo at Bloomberry & Co designed the stunning floral arch – a definite focal point of the space. Most couples opt for a wedding planner these days, so the venue also invited two of their favs: Open Sky Weddings and Three Lights Weddings & Events. On the music front, our friend Ellen Daly – Violinist was a huge hit among guests as DJ Floh Back Productions seamlessly filled in between sets, expertly complimenting the vibe of the room. Lastly, no wedding is complete without an officiant so The Marrying Lady was there to meet and greet guests.
Of course we’re gonna talk about the food, right?! Gusto 54 Catering kept the masses satiated with their well-stocked harvest station, delicious and well-portioned shrimp skewers, sweet and savoury pear and fennel crostini, veggie sliders, and my personal fav, the spicy, honey-glazed chicken bites.
